Return Policy

At AzureVital, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 365-day return policy — with a few important conditions due to the nature of our consumable product.

 

Important Note on Consumables

Because Methylene Blue is a consumable item, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging.
Opened or used bottles are not eligible for return or refund, in compliance with health and safety guidelines.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at contact@azurevital.com.

We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on where and how to send your item

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used bottles of Methylene Blue
  • Perishable goods, custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your eligible product and place a new order separately.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days — for any reason.
To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at contact@azurevital.com.
