Return Policy

At AzureVital, we stand firmly behind the quality and integrity of our wellness products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 365-day return policy — with important exceptions due to the consumable nature of supplements like Methylene Blue, BPC-157, and other products in our lineup.

 

Important Note on Consumables

Due to health and safety guidelines, we only accept returns on unopened and unused consumable items in their original, sealed packaging.

Opened or used bottles of Methylene Blue, BPC-157, or any future consumables are not eligible for return or refund.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at contact@azurevital.com.

We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide:

  • A return guide
  • Instructions on where and how to send your item
  • Customer is responsible for return fees

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used bottles of Methylene Blue, BPC-157, or other ingestible products
  • Perishable goods or personal care items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or discounted items


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your eligible product and place a new order separately.


EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Policy

For customers in the European Union:
You have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days of receiving your package, for any reason.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Once the returned items are received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

This policy applies only to orders delivered within the European Union.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at contact@azurevital.com.
