1. Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship to almost every country worldwide, including the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and many more. Our customers don't pay any extra customs fees or tariffs. At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options for your location.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

US & Canada: 5–14 business days

UK: 5–12 business days

Europe: 7–14 business days

Australia: 7–14 business days

(Please note: international orders may take slightly longer due to customs.)

3. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. We ship all orders within 24-48 hours (72 hours during weekends). Sometimes notification emails land in the “Promotions” or “Spam” folder, so make sure to check there too.

4. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

First, check your tracking link for the latest updates. If it shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please confirm with your family members, local post office, or neighbors. If it’s still stuck in transit or delayed, reach out to us—we’ll investigate with the shipping company.

5. Do I need to pay customs or taxes?

For all regions, our shipments are duty-free. Please reach out to us if you receive any customs payment requests regarding your order.

6. How long does processing take before shipping?

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we can’t cancel it. If you no longer want the product after it arrives, you may return it following our return policy.

8. Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. If you’d like to return a product, please contact us first. We’ll provide instructions on where to send it back. Once received, we’ll issue a refund according to our return policy.

9. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately (within 12 hours). If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. If it has already been dispatched, we’ll try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once it’s with the courier.
